As a proudly African teacher with a multilingual perspective (Afrikaans, Spanish, French + more!), I blend language coaching with real-world communication strategies. My background in music, business, and creative fields means we’ll make lessons dynamic—whether you’re preparing for a presentation, mastering small talk, or even learning guitar *in* English. Let’s turn language barriers into opportunities! We will first look at your goals and intentions and then we will construct a course specifically for you. If you are looking for grammar and syntax based methods: we can help you with this, but this is not our focus as we want you to be talking fluently as quickly as possible with as much enjoyment and freedom as possible. "If you can talk, you can sing; if you can walk, you can dance." - old Xhosa proverb We will focus on areas you struggle with directly and indirectly. We find that directly focussing on difficult areas can sometimes do more harm than good. If we build around these areas and focus on them indirectly while building more confidence, we can win! "You can not create a solution with the same thinking that manifested the problem." I use creative and "outside of the box" methods to get you enjoying your English while cultivating an inherent love for language.
