I am passionate about Romance languages and cultures and I teach French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Romanian, with more than 10 years of teaching experience.
I studied in France and worked in Guinea and Colombia, experiences that enriched my cultural background and that I love to share with my students.
Beyond teaching, I enjoy music, reading, and cooking — interests that make my lessons more lively, human, and engaging. At the moment, I am also perfecting my English and learning Catalan, because I believe that a good teacher is also a lifelong learner.

I am a dedicated teacher of Romance languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Romanian) with 15+ years of experience.
Over the years, I have taught in language institutes, universities, and schools, working with students from beginner to advanced levels.
I also have extensive experience as an exam evaluator for international certifications such as CELI, DELF, DALF, TCF, and Celpe-Bras.

I use Google Classroom to keep everything organized: all class materials, homework, and extra resources are available there, so the student has a clear learning path to follow.
In my lessons, I combine videos, presentations, textbooks, and interactive resources to create classes that are dynamic, structured, and enjoyable.

Fernando is a fantastic teacher. His lessons are structured around a theme, and are designed to get the student to speak as much as possible. His thoughtful questions always make for an engaging discussion, and his attentive corrections, provided in written format, are helping me to improve my speaking ability. Fernando's command of the grammatical rules in the 4 romance languages I study with him is impressive, as is his ability to easily explain the similarities/differences between these languages.

Fernando est vraiment un prof au top. il est francophone mais le cours se fait uniquement en portugais. On avance dans une logique et nous fait aussi beaucoup d'exercices et travailler sur la prononciation. hâte de continuer avec lui dans cette voie
