Hello everyone and welcome! My name is Misha, I am from Pakistan and I am excited to help you learn English! I have a Masters in International Development Management from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelors degree in English literature and Economics. I speak both English and Urdu fluently. I have also tutored undergraduate students, mentored youth programs on the job, and worked extensively with translations. I am fun, friendly, patient, and enjoy interacting with people from diverse nationalities, cultures, backgrounds and age groups, as I have done on my previous professional and academic assignments. I have traveled to and lived in Malaysia, Dubai, Australia and Thailand. I am especially interested in teaching English for standardized tests like SAT and GRE, as well as day-to-day conversational and descriptive written English. I can also help with any kind of spoken or written English for school and college assignments or examinations, and guide you in preparing for recruitment-related tests and interviews. I am also particularly enthusiastic about helping you improve your pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and comprehension. My greatest asset lies in my ability to gauge each individual student’s occupation, learning style, strengths and weaknesses, and personalizing lesson plans/learning activities accordingly. Misha is a very knowledgeable teacher. She lets you talk and then reviews your mistakes at the end of the lesson. I think it's a very useful method. She's also patient and always keeps the conversation going. I'm very happy I took a class with her!
