Hello! I’m a certified Spanish teacher and psychologist, passionate about designing lessons that truly fit you. My approach blends constructivist methodologies with rich cultural elements from Latin America, so learning feels natural, engaging, and meaningful—not like memorizing endless rules. I’ve taught in five different countries, working with students of all ages—from curious children to motivated adults. This experience allows me to adapt to your goals with creativity, flexibility, and a lot of patience. No two learners are the same, and your classes shouldn’t be either. Daniela’s classes are great for so many reasons. After today’s class I thought about how much Latin American history and culture I have learnt just from what she weaves into her classes. Daniela is such a special teacher in that way; she can explain absolutely any grammatical rule, but she also teaches Spanish through the lens of culture, art, music and history. Such a fun and interesting way to learn a language!

I have worked with around 20 Spanish language teachers on Italki, and I can say that Daniela is one of the most professional and well-prepared professionals I've encountered on this platform. Daniela is ALWAYS ready with a plan, but never afraid to pivot, depending on her student's needs. She's a phenomenal teacher, which is why I've worked with her for about a year now (and plan to continue!). She blends grammar practice with a variety of thematic discussion topics to really target your needs. Highly recommend!

Daniela, la clase ayer fue muy interesante. Fue muy genial saber que realmente has vivido en Vietnam y que admiras la cultura y el estilo de vida allí. También me gustó hablar sobre las similitudes con Chile, especialmente Santiago. Definitivamente puedo ver por qué has dado más de 1000 clases en este platforma: pareces muy bien preparada, paciente y amable, lo que hace que tanto los principiantes como los estudiantes más avanzados se sientan cómodos. La conversación fue muy divertida.
