I grew up in New York City and have been always been a teacher and language lover. I love sharing my passion for my favorite things, including the English language. I am a freelance teacher and writer with a master's degree in Japanese Buddhism. I am passionate about many subjects but if you are into religion and philosophy, you will never be bored, and won't even notice that you're talking about the most difficult things!

There are cheaper teachers out there more experienced with beginners. Most native speakers scarcely notice the endless litany of tiny differences between similies, phrasal verbs and their latinate counterparts, or the literary dimension of a language that lets you optimize the things unique to it.
