She is straightforward and people person, friendly and always willing to deliver it's best by going extra mile for her students. I have gone through the long road with Yoyo and reached to the great level of English that I am proud of... Very structured, good prepared, serious and professional teaching. She teaches in an empathic way, with lots of humour, so that the student always feel comfortable during the class. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to improve in english.
