- I used to work with an international language school for about 7 years, which equipped me with intercultural communication skills.

This was my 100th lesson with Shay, and I am extremely happy to have her as my teacher. Every lesson with Shay is fun and exciting, and I always look forward to them.
She is very supportive, and never makes me feel embarrassed when I forget something, or when I say the wrong word.

I have been making significant improvement since I have started studying Chinese with Shay. I have noticed my pronunciation getting better, my hearing ability has improved, and I have learned a lot of new words and grammars. I am excited to continue my studying with Shay. She is an awesome teacher!

Shay was very patient with my speed, but challenged me in my reading, listening, and speaking throughout the class. Within a few lessons, I have greatly expanding my vocabulary alongside my comprehension in Mandarin to the point where my native Chinese friends have made comments on my speaking/listening. Would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn regardless of your level.
