I am a Spanish Conversation Coach from Costa Rica with international experience and training in the Peace Corps. As a biologist, naturalist guide, and with a background in yoga and mindfulness, I bring a calm and human approach to learning. I have lived in more than 10 countries, which helps me understand different cultures and language learning challenges.
My lessons focus on building real confidence and fluency through meaningful conversation and personalized guidance. I use gentle correction, active listening, and a supportive environment so you can speak naturally and without pressure. Grammar is included when needed.
In our first lesson, I understand your level and we start speaking.
I worked as a Spanish teacher with the Peace Corps program in Costa Rica for a few years. I have also worked for Spanish language schools in Uganda and Costa Rica. I am currently a private Spanish tutor.
You will learn in a quiet environment and you are allowed to make mistakes; this is part of learning a skill. You will learn always at your own pace. I will help you to improve in grammar, vocabulary, conversation and practice with dialogues.
If you wish, I will give you homework for you to review what we learn in class. I am a very creative person and have many interests in life which make my classes very fun and varied! I look forward to meeting you :)Moje materiały dydaktyczne

My objective is to practice casual conversation improving my confidence, vocabulary and grammatical skills and we did exactly that. She gave me time to think through the sentences I wanted to say, helping me with words and structure I didn’t know. It was perfect for me.

I like how she writes what she is correcting in the chat (conversation style lesson). She then refers back to the chat so you can work to remember it. She doesn’t say the answer outright (in the most patient and kind way). After you find it/remember it, she is super encouraging. It makes you think critically committing the words to memory. Good challenge!
