I will listen to your use of the Greek language and offer advice or I can leave it to you to decide what you want to learn and how. I will strive to share my love for Greek to keep your motivation high, which is number one in language learning, do you agree? I combine image, sound, and script so the student has a comprehensive approach to language. I try to bring different materials every time so the lesson is not boring. I always ask what the student likes and how they prefer to learn - although sometimes they are not sure so I experiment. With beginners, I teach slowly, with lots of repetition. With intermediate students, I try to enrich their vocabulary with various texts and work on their grammar. With advanced students, I discuss whatever they like, from politics to poetry. I successfully passed my B1 exam in January 2026!
I have been studying with Lilia since January 2025. Although I wasn't a complete beginner when we started, it was with Lilia that I began my intensive exam preparation.

Lilia is kind and patient and interesting to talk to as she explains the origins of words which help you to remember. I do not ask for grammar lessons but I’m sure she would be an excellent teacher in that respect too.
