I have been taking classes once a week for the past 8-9 months with Isabel and have been seriously learning Spanish for almost a year now. When I say she is the best I truly mean it. She is always prepared, punctual, patient, resourceful, organized, and is the essence of what a tutor should strive to be. Since I started classes with her my Spanish has improved significantly and quicker than I anticipated. She always corrects me or suggests more natural ways of phrases/sentences/expressions for me and let’s me finish my thoughts/sentences before correcting me which I appreciate. She always gives me opportunities to speak. Our classes are informative, interesting, and most importantly fun. If I have a question or need help understanding a concept (grammar, vocabulary, conjugations) she provides me with clarity. I will continue to book with her and hope to reach an advanced level with her.

Classes with Isabel are always interactive and well-organised. She always offers a range of interesting materials before every lesson. I would definitely recommend choosing her as a tutor, especially for those who need to develop their speaking and listening skills.

Isabel is a highly effective teacher. My Spanish speaking and listening skills are progressing very rapidly with her. She is always very well prepared, on time, patient, interesting, open to discussing any topic, and eager to focus on areas at highest need for improvement in my Spanish. Her classes are lovely, and allow me to learn not only Spanish but also about Mexico’s history, people, cultures, and politics. She send me preparatory work on passionating themes before each class which obviously contributes to my high speed learning. A real privilege to learn with Isabel!
