Considering first lessons are difficult to prepare for because you don't know anything about your potential new student's ability, the lesson felt like we had already been learning together for a while. Bank was super friendly and had great ideas about the direction to take my future learning. Will definitely be having more lessons with him :) Thanks Bank!

My teacher is excellent and the class itself was fine, but I did notice some connection issues due to the italki app. We ended up using zoom and did not have issues. I think that italki should work on improving their chat rooms

Learning Thai with Bank has been an amazing experience from the very start. His teaching style is motivating, well-paced, and always adapted to the student. For the first time, I truly feel seen and understood as a learner, which makes studying Thai both effective and enjoyable. The lessons are fun, relaxed, and engaging, and Bank encourages students to bring their own interests into the learning process, which makes learning even more exciting. I’m learning Thai to communicate with my wife’s family and my friends, for work, and because I genuinely love Thailand. Being able to understand and speak Thai, watch Thai content, and feel part of the culture is an incredibly rewarding experience. Seeing how happy people are when you speak their language, and being able to read my first lines of Thai, makes the journey even more special. I’m truly thrilled to have Bank as my ajarn and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an inspiring and supportive Thai teacher.
