Hey there. My name is Joana and I live in Rio Grande do Sul - a very beautiful state in Brazil.
I started studying English in 2012 and I fell in love with this beautiful language. On the other hand, I also love Portuguese, which is my native language, and I think that we have a lot of interesting expressions in each state of Brazil.
I love traveling and I always try to visit different places in Brazil, there are so many nice places to see here.
I enjoy having everyday conversations about our Brazilian culture, our music, our food, our movies, places to visit, or about other things you may be interested in.

I love having conversations with the students to understand about their learning process and I try to help them with everything I can! You can feel free to ask questions and make mistakes because I truly understand how challenging it is to learn a new language. Portuguese is a complex language because of its pronunciation and grammar rules. But I can assure you it is not impossible to achieve fluency in Portuguese. I am here to help you get this. I believe the best way to learn is to challenge yourself into having conversations that may be hard in the beginning, but will help you with fluency and pronunciation.
