Hello there!
I'd like to share some reasons why you should start speaking Ukrainian with me:
I'm a philologist. This helps me understand how to access languages in general.
I'm a student. I'm learning German and Spanish, so I know how challenging it can be, especially when it comes to the Ukrainian language.
I'm bilingual. I was born in Ukraine, so I've spoken two languages my whole life. This gives me a unique perspective on languages.

I started teaching when I was a student in 2016. I have experience working with children, preparing students for entrance exams, and working with adults. I have a bachelor's degree in English Philology and am also a certified TEFL&TESOL teacher. Since the beginning of 2021, I've been working online as a teacher of Slavic languages (Ukrainian and Russian) for both foreigners and native speakers. Moje lekcje & Styl nauczania
My main focus is on speaking. I use a communicative and interactive approach because I believe that practice comes before theory. I incorporate authentic materials and multimedia resources to engage students in meaningful conversations and activities. That was a fantastic first lesson! I loved how organised Dasha was. She had extremely useful resources already setup to begin guiding me through Ukrainian, and was patient, helpful and adaptable to my level. I can see that I will be able to make progress fast with her help already. Can’t wait for the next one!

I really enjoyed my first class with Dasha. She's clearly an experienced teacher and she was able to adapt her Ukrainian to my level, and she gave me corrections and helpfully typed out new words in to the chat as we went along.
