I'm Maude from Quebec, Canada. I love teaching languages because I want to help people achieve their language related goals and, since I'm a language learner myself, I know what it's like to be on the student side.

I'm a laid back teacher, it is very easy to make yourself comfortable with me. I like to keep my lessons light-hearted and casual. I'm always very flexible as well and I adapt myself very well to my students' goals.
~Cancellation Policy~
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before the time of our lesson. Otherwise, I will have to charge you for the time you booked with me. I can be understanding in case of emergencies or technical problems. However, this is my only source of income, please be mindful of that. I just started tutoring lessons in preparation for my TEF exam, specifically with the writing portion. Maude is patient, explains things and gives me practical advice for how to improve my written French, something I've never practiced. I can't recommend her enough if you are looking for someone who is kind and supportive but will push you to improve.

I reached out to Maude, despite having a great French teacher already, because I was interested in diversifying conversational partners. Maude asks good questions, has a very calm manner, and I felt comfortable to express myself (as best I could) with her.
