I've been learning Italian fairly intensively for 1 year, and using iTalki for about 6 months. I've had many lessons with Francesco over the past couple of months. He is engaging, and great at encouraging me to speak both about common subjects like the weather and describing places, as well as expanding into more complex subjects of interest, films, music, discussing ideas from videos (similar to ted talks for instance). At the end of each lesson Francesco provides a PDF with errors that I made during the lesson with corrections and examples, sometimes formatted into correction exercises, along with new vocabulary used in the lesson. To be blunt his price and service is phenomenal value compared to some other teachers I've tried. I highly recommend him.

Thanks to Teacher Francesco, I always enjoy learning Italian. He is quite interested not only in Japanese, but also in culture and literature of Japan. I’m always impressed by his attitude to try to understand other cultures！ 先生のおかげで、イタリア語を楽しく勉強しています。日本語や日本の文化、文学への関心も高く、他文化を理解しようとする先生の心もちをいつも素晴らしいなぁと感じます。

I had a great first lesson with Francesco! He’s very easy to talk to, he spoke at the perfect level for me to understand (without being too easy), and has a great system to give feedback in a meaningful but unobtrusive way. I’m looking forward to taking more lessons with him!

You can feel Francesco’s passion in his lessons. He makes learning Italian so fun! Grazie! Ci vediamo la prossima volta!

Insegnante disponibile e fornisce feedback immediati. La lezione è stata molto utile e coinvolgente.

Francesco is an excellent teacher. I really enjoy practicing Italian with him, and I feel confident that by April, I’ll be able to speak and understand the language much more fluently.
