Hi, I'm Sabrina. Language learning is my passion. I would love to share my learning experiences with you. Learning a new language is similar to learning how to dance. We need a lot of muscle exercises. We don't memorize all the languages that we are learning. We speak them unconsciously. Let's look at a kid learning how to walk. When he can walk, he won't think while he is walking. It's the same process when we speak a second language. We need a lot of pure muscle practice before we might talk naturally. Chinese is a simple and beautiful language. It's not hard to understand its phonetic system(pinyin). Chinese grammar is simple. The hard part is Chinese characters. But don't worry, because we only need 3000 words for our daily communications.
I have been a Chinese teacher for five years. I find that many beginners worried a lot about their pronunciation at the beginning. They are too careful to avoid making any mistakes.
