A good mix of conversation and formal excercises. We practiced using some idiomatic expressions involving common prepositions. Lucy is very patient and is easy to converse with.

Lucy is extremely patient and easy to understand. She used a short story that she read for my comprehension and then asked me to summarize the story in my own words. Good lesson for both comprehension and expression.

I just finished my first conversation class with Lucy. I was very impressed by her way of speaking Spanish. She speaks clearly and was very easy for me to understand at my intermediate level. I hope to speak with her again soon.

Lucy is very easy to converse with. She speaks clearly and slowly and she is very patient in listening as I get stuck and then helping me with the words I'm looking for. She gives me the conversation practice that I need.

Today we practiced changing tenses of sentences to the preterit. It was a good exercise doing it orally and much more difficult than written exercises. I made frequent errors but never felt awkward or bad. Thanks Lucy.
