Lily is a very responsible, dedicated and patient teacher. She’s also very creative to keep my daughter interested and look forward to her every lesson. My daughter had almost zero knowledge for Chinese but after Lily taught her, she’s able to speak and understand much better now. Lily is an excellent teacher!!

I'm an intermediate & Chinese-American speaker taking HSK 4 lessons with Lily. Lily compiles lesson notes into Word documents and frequently brings related topics to course vocab into conversation to add cultural context to sometimes impersonal words. With Lily, I most appreciate that she corrects my pronunciation (more than any other instructor) and always knows detailed grammar structures (rather than intuiting with her ear) which helps me as a non-native speaker.
