Hi everyone! My name is Alma and I am from Tel Aviv, Israel. Hebrew and Russian are my mother tongues since my family came to Israel from Russia, but I was born in Israel.
I have a bachelor's degree in education as a history teacher and a master's degree in educational counseling, but I have always been drawn to teaching languages. Maybe this is because I am the daughter of immigrants and my parents themselves learned Hebrew when they were young.
For five years now I have been teaching Hebrew to new immigrants in Israel, and I really enjoy it.

The best way to improve your knowledge is to have a conversation. I'll write down mistakes and new words during or after our conversation and discuss them with you.
Depending on your level, I can recommend a text for improving your pronunciation and expanding your vocabulary.

Galit is flexible and and intelligent. She worked out my strengths and weaknesses quickly; and worked out when to interrupt, correct me - or let it go so that the lesson flowed. She has a sense of humour - which is important to me.
