和Xavier夏老师上课总是不知不觉就到了时间，中年高压工作同时还要学门新语言的确比较困难，往往到了上课时间已经累的讲不动话了，不过夏老师很善于调动学生情绪投入对话，让我从一开始不知如何开口到现在进步到可以开始讲一点抽象的话题，很高兴这一年多的法语学习过程有夏老师的一路陪伴，也相信最终能取得好的成绩和实际用法语交谈的能力。

Amazing! Having had classes with Xavier for exactly a year, I have to say it was a fully immersive experience in French language culture. I went from a beginner to being able to have a friendly chat with a French guy I met at a restaurant in this short time. This progress would be impossible without Xavier challenging learners from all levels to speak only French at every lesson. He would discuss with you for half an hour on a current subject about France or the news and allow you to deepen your skills quickly by discussing difficult topics. He would make you prepare speeches about articles for oral skills. 老师超有耐心的特别温柔

Xavier is an amazing teacher! His lessons are super clear, well-structured, and always fun. He’s really patient, attentive, and always follows up on what you’re working on. I love how he explains things! You can tell he truly knows languages inside out. (I’m a linguistics PhD student, and I’m genuinely impressed!) Every class is interesting and full of good vibes. Highly recommend!

Xavier is an excellent French teacher, and I highly recommend him

I've had 3~4 lessons with Xavier so far and I thought his teaching was great. Apart from being a professional language teacher, I like that he is energetic and animated, which I find crucially important in piquing one's interest in conversing during a zoom call. I defaulted to English when I struggled with words, mainly because most of the time it was easier to find the equivalent in English (if exists). But it is reassuring that there are multitudes of ways of learning with Xavier, like finding commonalities between French and Chinese.
