I started teaching Russian when a professor at my university asked me to help her. At first, it was just a part-time job to afford milk tea :) But we studied together almost every day for two years, and it turned into an “intensive teacher training course” for me.
Later I found more students from China and Japan, started learning teaching methods seriously, and created my own materials.
Now I have over three years of experience. I teach speaking, courses from A1 to B2, and help students prepare for entrance exams to Russian universities (MSU 莫大, Stieglitz Academy圣彼得堡国立艺术大学, Repin Academy列宾美院). Moje lekcje & Styl nauczania
I specialize in explaining complex things in a clear and simple way, without overwhelming my students.
I moved to Shanghai at 17 with very basic Chinese, so I understand the fear and confusion of learning a foreign language. This experience shapes my teaching style: calm, supportive, and structured.
I focus on real, natural spoken Russian — not just textbook language. My goal is to help students sound confident and natural.
Russian can feel confusing at first, so I make learning clear, logical, and manageable. Lessons are always adapted to your goals, level, and pace.

We are very pleased with Rina's teaching and the significant progress my son is making. Her ability to structure lessons according to his learning style, focusing specifically on vocabulary, sentence structure, and reading comprehension, has been excellent.
