Alessio and I had another great lesson. he is an absolute pleasure to speak with, and I cannot recommend him enough if you are just getting started on your journey learning Italian or are an advanced speaker looking to just continue practicing so you don't lose the language. Alessio understands the level where you are at and just pushes you into the "deep end" to help you grow and advance your skills. Grazie come sempre Alessio!

Alessio has been my English teacher for a year and a half already, and I can say that he is the best teacher among all with whom I've had to study. Our lessons are always fun and useful, the teacher knows many truly effective methods for improving foreign language skills. With Alessio, you can discuss absolutely any topic and it will always be interesting and not boring.

Ho appena concluso la mia prima lezione e sono davvero entusiasta! Fin dal primo momento ho apprezzato la disponibilità e l'affabilità dell'insegnante, che ha saputo creare immediatamente un'atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. La sua empatia e delicatezza nell'approccio hanno reso la lezione piacevole e stimolante, permettendomi di sentirmi a mio agio anche nell'affrontare le prime difficoltà. Si percepisce chiaramente la sua esperienza e professionalità nel guidare lo studente con metodo e attenzione. Non vedo l'ora di continuare questo percorso e consiglio vivamente le sue lezioni a chiunque voglia imparare in un ambiente positivo e costruttivo!

Alessio continues to be an excellent teacher! Before I learned from Alessio, I was only able to listen to videos in Italian at a very slow pace. I could only read very basic Italian writing. Now, I can read at a young adult level and I can listen to Italian podcasts at normal speed. It's incredible and I'm enjoying it so much more. Vocabulary is always something I will work on, but I would never be able to get to this level without these personal lessons with Alessio. It accelerated my learning so much. I meet with Alessio every week and I think consistency is key!

Alessio is a great teacher and very focused on how the language is used in reality and not just in a language book. That’s very helpful.

Alessio is a delightful teacher! His Italian is very clear and easy to understand, and he is patient and easy to work with. He has a friendly and professional manner. I enjoyed talking with him at my own (very slow) pace, and the half hour went by very quickly. Alessio was happy to listen and gently correct any of my speaking errors. He used the chat feature to show me how to spell words, and also we talked about how the verb function of "mi piace" is different than something like "io lavoro." Alessio said he can also help construct a language-learning approach personalized for me, since my focus is conversational fluency. We will use resources from his experience, and I will also make a list of questions I have about Italian usage. I feel more confident that I can learn with a native speaker & teacher guiding my progress. I am looking forward to working with him in the future! This is my first experience with iTalki and I am very impressed.
