I love 산생님!! Cannot say enough about her. I have been learning so much from her. Ive been studying with her for over a month and a half and I swear that I got more out of our first lesson together than I did from my entire semester’s long class I took in the fall. She is incredibly patient when I can’t remember or think of the exact word and is very understanding of your own situation outside of classes. If you’re looking for a Korean tutor you should definitely try her!!! <3🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

I 100% recommend taking lessons with Judy!! I have been learning Korean with her for over a year, and I have progressed so much! She is patient, kind, and great at teaching Korean. I always have so much fun during our lessons because of the friendly atmosphere she creates. She speaks at a level I can understand and provides ample opportunities to practice speaking.

I had my short trial lesson today with Teacher Judy. It was informative and enjoyable, with the ideal level of challenge. She explained everything very thoroughly, asked thoughtful questions, and guided me with kindness and patience. I'm looking forward to my next lesson.

Teacher Juhee is so wonderful! Thanks to her I have progressed from knowing very rudimentary Korean to being almost completely fluent in little more than three years of once a week lessons (~125 lessons)! With the language skills she has taught me, I have even completed an Honours Thesis on Korean history and a Master's Dissertation on Korean art, using texts written fully in Korean (journal articles, books, poetry, newspapers etc.). Not only does she have amazing kindness and unwavering patience, she is also truly passionate about what she does. She never fails to hold class on time, bright and cheerful. She is always encouraging, but still corrects all your mistakes, explaining each one of them in detail. Furthermore, not only does she impart many tips and knowledge, she also explains Korean cultures, slangs and other commonly used expressions. She is also amazing at lamguages other than Korean, which helps when you want to express something that you don't know the Korean words for.

I just had my first full 1 hour lesson with Teacher Judy, and I really enjoyed it! We spent the whole lesson covering my homework responses and going over new questions that I had. I've gained a lot of new insights and made some discoveries. Teacher Judy explains things really well and is very thorough with structuring information. She is also patient and encouraging when she gives me speaking prompts. I'm looking forward to our next lesson! :)

Today was my first lesson (trial lesson) with Judy 선생님. Although I have been studying Korean for a few years now (both alone and with a teacher), I felt that I could really benefit from more targeted speaking practice. Prior to the lesson (via chat) and during the lesson, the teacher and I talked about my current level and my future goals. During the lesson Judy 선생님 gave me a plan for moving forward based on my goals and we spent some time practicing making sentences and speaking. I'm really glad I booked this lesson, and I already look forward to our future lessons together.
