She’s a very patient teacher who designs lessons around speaking. Has excellent class aids as well. I would definitely recommend her as a teacher for Deutsch and Mandarin

I’m working on my conversational Deutsch with Kitty, she is very insightful, patient and helpful with correcting grammatical errors. I would definitely recommend her as a German tutor!

Kitty is an encouraging, patient, and detail oriented teacher who I am delighted to have chosen to help me start my journey in learning Mandarin. She consistently corrected my pronunciation, and even sent me voice recordings of the words I was struggling with so I could practice on my own time. Kitty also provided me with important language learning resources, and helped me formulate a plan to improve my mandarin on my own time so that we could get the most out of our lessons. I am able to truly immerse myself in the Mandarin Chinese language as our topics have ranged from Chinese History, Cuisine, Culture, and daily life. If anything is clear, it's that Kitty certainly wants to see her students improve. She encourages students to think freely in Mandarin, and not just read straight off of a textbook or page. I am looking forward to many more lessons to come, and to improving day by day with the kind intelligent teacher that is Kitty!
