Hi，I am Liko. I'm a native speaker of Mandarin and I speak fluently in English and Cantonese.
My major is translation and interpreting in Chinese and English. I love to explore the multi-culture. Since 2018 I have participated in many multicultural activities. And I have made many friends from different countries. In 2019 I was an universiade volunteer in Russia and I went to the local school to spread Chinese culture and teach some Chinese lessons. Now I also engage in multicultural activities. I hope we can break the stereotype in different cultures. Besides, I want more people to have a further understanding of Chinese.Ja jako nauczyciel
I have three years of teaching experience, teaching students from children to adult. I can teach all levels of students. For kids, I know how to interact with them in funny ways, like we play games, watch videos, read flashcards.
For beginners or teenagers or adult, based on your objective, I will design the plans for you and prepare your personal materials for you in every class. We will use whiteboard to learn Chinese pinyin and characters. More importantly, we will listen to short stories and make simple conversation. I had a great first lesson! I'm really trying to improve my conversational Mandarin and she kept it challenging enough that I already felt better afterwards. At the same time it was not so hard as to feel uncomfortable. A hard balance to find sometimes. I very much look forward to more lessons.

Liko is great! Talks very slow, so very comprehensible to a beginner like me, and has great ideas with homework and topics to tall about in class. Patient and slow and good at explaining things!
