Hello! I am a native English speaker and experienced tutor from America. I love languages and teaching. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Russian Language, Literature and Culture from the University of Michigan. I am also TEFL/TESOL certified. I hope to become a schoolteacher. My interests include learning Russian and Hindi, linguistics, calligraphy, bonsai, gardening, and meditation. Learning a language is an adventure and I would be honored to accompany you on your journey. I can help take your English to the next level. My teaching style is organized, patient, kind, serious and creative. I am very attentive to each of my students. I will design lesson plans to fit your specific needs. I have been teaching English online for four years and I have received my TEFL/TESOL certification. I also spent a year in Vytegra, Russia teaching English to children and translating historical documents from Russian to English for a local museum. I put a lot of time and effort into lesson planning and give plenty of attention to each student. I am currently studying with Teachers of Tomorrow and plan to become a full-time schoolteacher. I will design lesson plans to fit your specific needs. I have plenty of material and I also create content for specific language targets. We can practice conversation, I can assign you vocabulary every lesson, and we will diagnose and work on your issues with grammar and pronunciation. Kristina is a great and positive teacher. We had our first lesson and I felt very comfortable speaking. The lesson also included different exercises, Kristina explained words that I didn't understand. I'm looking forward to the next lesson! :)

Kristin is the teacher I was looking for here in italki. I had more than 15 lessons with her and I am assured that I will continue my studying with her. She is a great teacher and our lessons are fulfilled with different learning aspects, such as listening, images describing, talking etc.
