What a wonderful and genuine person. Was a true pleasure to speak and practice my Spanish with Yaeni.

A great lesson with Yaeni! She was very helpful, kind and patient and had prepared a presentation to help structure the lesson! I will be travelling to Mexico soon so had asked to focus on making conversations more fluid and also relating a lot of it to travel and she did exactly that! She taught me new phrases that I can use in different situations when I am abroad and told me how I can sound more fluent with using certain phrases over others. She speaks really good English so can help to translate things and can explain things in English too! I will definitely be booking some more lessons with Yaeni! Muchas gracias!

Good first lesson to meet me where I'm at on my Spanish journey.

Vane is the best teacher on italki. Took a lot of lessons with her and my Spanish has actually improved dramatically. She can teach grammar, have very interesting conversations, give excellent travel advice (I followed her suggestion when visiting Cancun and had a fantastic trip!) and, in general, seems like a great person. If you are considering new teachers on italki, I highly recommend you choose her to have the best experience possible!
