I worked in a manufacturing company for 10 years. Although I graduated with a degree in Business Administration, my passion for teaching led me to leave the manufacturing industry and pursue my dream of teaching. I now provide part-time tutorial services and teach English online. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, designing book covers and planners, reading books, and practicing boxing, Muay Thai, and jiu-jitsu. I aim to teach and share three languages: English, Tagalog, and Cebuano. My lessons will start with basic words and progress to phrases and other areas of learning based on the student's interests. To achieve this, I implement the three D’s teaching style: 1. Directing, 2. Discussing, and 3. Delegating. First, Directing involves telling students what to do, how to do it, and what needs to be done. Second, Discussing encourages teacher-student interaction by asking questions and listening actively. Finally, Delegating assigns tasks for students to work on independently. Effective teachers use a variety of styles and know when and how to apply them.Moje materiały dydaktyczne
