I had an intensive Polish course for Ukrainian refugees, but most of my teaching career I spent with Italki! Throughout 6 years I had students from all over the world. I foucs mostly on conversations and using grammar patterns in actual, real sentences than studying various tables with rules, cases, etc. I believe that the best way to learn a language is by speking, listening and correcting your mistakes with a tutor. I also know what it means to be a student as I take classes on Italki myself. I know how it feels to be "on the other side of the camera" and understand your struggles and problems.

I love to teach my native languages because I find it being very rewarding. I’ve started to give lessons years ago. Since then I’ve discovered a number of particularities in my mother languages I’d never paid attention to as a native speaker. Knowing that Slavic languages can be hard to learn, I try to help my students learn it more efficiently through an understanding of vocabulary and grammar.
