I taught French for more than 3 years in middle and high school as a temporary teacher. My career in teaching English as a foreign language started by receiving one year of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) provided by the Algerian Ministry Of Education, I've learned how to be a successful teacher (Methodology, ethics…etc). Today, I'm a full-time teacher responsible for 260 pupils aged between 11-16 years. Also, I'm assigned to teach French as an additional subject. I envision the process of language learning to be similar to the process of growing a tree; you need patience and take care of the plant on a regular basis to get a result that normally can not be pushed ahead of time...But you can always add-in some fertilizers (which are in my case a certain set of technics) to get improved results in terms of time and quality.
