There are many Russian traditional meals that may seem strange for people from other countries. For example, our popular summer drink "kvas" is made of bread. My friend from Netherlands said to me that he tried it and he didn't like it because it was disgusting. Then I told him about the traditional soup "okroshka". If you want to cook it, you need to add boiled potatoes, cucumbers, sausages, boiled eggs, radishes, sour cream and herbs to kvas. My friend said that this soup shouldn't exist. :)))
