Could you please correct me?
everal years ago, I read some articles about the most 3 essential exercise for people.
They said they were squrt, deadlifts and bench press.
Since then I wanted to learn how to do them.
First, I got some books about lifting weights and watched some video clips on Youtube and signed for a gym.
But Learning with some books and vedio clips wasn’t enough.
I’ve got a lot of questions about them and wondered if I was doing right in the correct posture.
So I decided to exercise with a trainer for 10 times.
I was excited to learn exercises that I really want.
After working out, I would be exhasted but I felt so good.
While I exercised with going on a diet, and I lost weight and it made me feel
energetic.
But in a half and two years, I felt something uncomfortable with my knee.
When I first felt that symptom, I didn’t care about it, but time went on, it started to bother me, and I went to see a doctor.
He said that it wasn’t serious but if I felt uncomfortable consistently, I’d better stop
exercises for some period of time.
I decided to follow his advice and got some treatments for a month but it didn’t work.
I qut working out at a gym.
Then I was thinking of what caused my pain.
The problem was, I wasn’t doing exercises in the correct way just focusing on how
many times I lifted weights.
Plus, I didn’t enough stretching to warp up after them.
I learned lesson.
Now I make sure to do stretching before and after I work out.
