I came across an interesting article online about how much important the way the soles of your shoes have worn out. Here are some points we should focus on. 1)Those who the outside of their heels in their shoes has worn out tend to put center of gravity on outside. That's why most of them have bowlegs. The best practice for this issue is to try to sustain the body by heel, the bases of your thumbs and ones of your pinkies. Turn your toes towards the front when walking and you should tone your inner thigh so that your center of gravity is stable. 2)Those who the inside has worn out tend to tile their pelvis forward and twist their knees. If you leave this kind of posture, you might be slouching and have a swayback. Sometimes it causes lower back pain. The best practice for this case is to keep your pelvis upright like you push your heel a bit when you stand up and tone your stomach. Stretching around your hip joint can align your center of gravity. 3)Those who has worn-out difference between right shoes and left ones have a sign of putting their center of gravity on either one side of their body. This can be caused by a sedentary job and a habit of having your bag on either one of your shoulders and hands. The first step to improve this feature is to try to stand with your weight evenly distributed over thumbs on both legs. The way the soles of your shoes are worn gradually from the outside of your heel towards the center is good. There are many sport events I like to watch, such as soccer,bassketball and cycling, but at this moment, most of people are attracted by the Winter Olympic held in Milan. These sport events which athletes compete against each other on sonw or ice look really fantastic. The fast speed and the actions that need to jump high in the sky is a magnificent visual feast. besides the competitions, the parade on the opening ceremony is another wonderful part worth watching. Different nations, different nation flags and different team uniforms means that it's not just a big sport event,but also a cultural show. Especially Mongolia, they pay much attention on their suits which mix morden and ancient and fully show their unique culture. Though getting medals are great, accepting each other is also important. The world is a big village, we are neighbors and friends. Each of us can be getting friendly and powful after competing! This is the Olympic spirit.

Before the Spring Festival, cleaning up all the rooms is on the top of my must-do list. It doesn't sounds a big deal, but when I finally do it, everything is really different. The biggest problem is to decide what stuff should be kept or thrown aways. In that case, I usually prepare four boxes to sort them. I put the stuff which is really useless in the first box, and glue a tag saying "Throw away!" I give the second box name: give away! Sometimes, the clothes and shoes which I won't wear again, but can be good for someone else. Then the third box will be filled with stuff which doesn't stay at the right place.Then I 'll put them ithe correct placees later! So, the tag on this box says "Put away!" Finally, I organize the using things and put them in the last box , then place it in a proper place that can be easily reached. This is my way of sorting stuff at home. If we want to keep our rooms always clean and neat, we shold pay more attention on our desks. Desks are the main source of trash. We need to get into a habit of putting trash right away before leaving the desk.

Actually, there are a lot of holidays worth celebrating in my country. Among them, the Spring Fesival has the highest position in most Chinese people's heart. The spring Fesitival of 2026 is around the corner. In China, this festival means the beginning of a year. The weather gets warm and famers will sow soon. In ancient time, sowing was the most important thing for everyone. There is a great saying that goes you sow a seed in spring, and harvest a thousand seeds in fall. Sowing is not just a action, but also a hope for a family. So, spring is usually considered being full of opportunities. Clear sky and fresh air also make people feel relaxed. So, Chinese people really want to celebrate this great time. THe world will be decorated with red color. Chinese people believe that the red colour and the sound from firecrackers can bring them good luck and take aways all the bad things happened throughout the last year.
