I don't think it is a matter of belief. The universe is enormous in its volume, and there are infinite planets and galaxies we haven't observed yet. So we just cannot say whether there are alien species or not.

One of the best way to learn a language is to memorize some useful phrases, and making new sentences according that phrases. For example "how are you" is in Arabic كيف حالك in this Arabic sentence you can make new sentences by replacing the last letter ك ، like "how is he, كيف حاله" ، "how is she, كيف حالها" ، "how are they, كيف حالهم".
