Sunt studentă anul 4 la facultatea de medicină generală ,, Carol Davila” din București. În primii trei ani de facultate aveam două semestre și la finalul fiecărui semestru era o perioadă de 4 săptămâni pe care noi o numim sesiune. În aceste 4 săptămâni dădeam aproximativ 8 examene. Acum, fiind anul 4 avem sistem modular: adică anul universitar este împărțit în mai multe stagii, iar examenele se dau la finalul fiecărui stagiu.
Acum sunt în timpul stagiului de cardiologie: învățăm despre bolile inimii. Îmi place, dar mi se pare și un stagiu greu. Avem foarte mult de învățat, dar este interesant. Ce facem noi ca studenți la acest stagiu? Facem și interpretăm EKG-uri, stăm de vorbă cu pacienții, îi consultăm, asistăm la ecografii cardiace și discutăm cu medicul specialist și cu rezidenții săi despre diverse afecțiuni. Ieri un pacient care aștepta să fie consultat și-a pierdut cunoștința pe hol și a primit șoc electric. Nu am mai văzut până ieri cum se dă șocul electric în urgență. Mi-a plăcut.
