I'm an adult but I feel like a baby. I don't have any social skills or any skills. Having to go to interviews and interact with coworkers sounds like a nightmare. I can't do this adult thing. I can't function in this --- world. I don't know what to do. I can't get help because it's too scary to speak about my problems with a stranger. I feel like I wasn't meant to be in this world. 

and this is a native speaker... certainly, the person might be starting out but my point was to illustrate to you that you are not alone...
