Jīntiān wǒ yǒu Hànyǔ kè.

Grammar：
1、国籍表达：Subj. + 是 + 国家 + 人
→ Function: State nationality
→ 例句：张老师是中国人 (Zhāng lǎoshī shì Zhōngguó rén)

2、因果连接：Reason + 所以 + Result
→ Function: Express consequence ("so/therefore")
→ 例句：课很有意思，所以我很高兴 (Kè hěn yǒuyìsi, suǒyǐ wǒ hěn gāoxìng)

3、程度补语：Subj. + V. + 得 + 很 + Adj.
→ Function: Describe action intensity
→ 例句：老师说得很慢 (Lǎoshī shuō dé hěn màn)

4、时间对比：以前 vs 现在
→ Function: Contrast past/present situations
→ 例句：以前我不懂，现在我懂了 (Yǐqián wǒ bù dǒng, xiànzài wǒ dǒng le)

5、礼貌请求：请 + Verb
→ Function: Make polite suggestions
→ 例句：请说慢一点 (Qǐng shuō màn yīdiǎn)

今天想和大家聊一聊中国的酒桌文化。
在中国传统文化中，酒及酒文化一直占据着重要的地位。中国人多用粮食酿酒，中国本土的酒主要分为两种:白酒和黄酒。正式场合普遍喝的是白酒。最有名的白酒品牌是茅台，便宜的几千块一瓶，贵的要好几万。
参加过中国的商务宴席的人都知道，中国有特别的酒桌文化，很多生意都是在酒桌上谈成的。喜欢这种文化的人觉得：喝酒后大家比较放松，可以拉近距离，这样谈事情会更顺利。不喜欢这种文化的人也有他们的理由。
首先，中国有劝酒的文化，有的人喜欢一直让对方喝酒，即使你已经喝得很不舒服了。他们不会考虑你的酒量，不会考虑你的身体健康。他们喜欢说：“你不喝可不够朋友啊”，意思是你喝了我们才是朋友。还有的会说“这杯干了，这个合同就是你的了”，言下之意是不喝你就出局了。
第二，在酒桌上进行敬酒。敬酒时要分主次顺序，给领导敬酒是重中之重。很多人把与领导喝酒当成是博取他好感的机会，一直找机会给领导敬酒。在酒桌上，等级观念会变得更明显。
第三，酒桌文化很浪费资源。很多人为了面子，会点一大桌子的菜，根本吃不完。因为在中国，请客吃饭的时候如果点的菜少了，会被认为是不够尊重客人。
我个人觉得酒桌上适量的酒可以让气氛更轻松，不过也要适度哦，毕竟喝多了伤身体。

今天想和大家聊一聊【内卷和躺平】的话题。
“内卷”原本是一个人类学的学术用语，原意是指人类社会在某一特定的发展阶段，处于停滞状态，或者不能转换成其他更高层次的形态。这几年“内卷”的概念开始在中国的年轻一代中流行起来，它指的是一种非理性的竞争。
举个例子，孩子们在学校里，有一个同学报名参加了补习班，所有人都报名了。最后的结果是，所有人的分数都提高了，但是排名没有太大的变化，反而是补习班赚钱了。又例如在公司，本来大家都是6点下班，有的同事为了在领导面前表现，开始加班到8点，其他同事为了不让领导觉得自己不够努力，也开始加班，而且加班到更晚。结果就是大家加班的时间越来越晚了，但是工资却没有涨。我们现在经常用“卷”来形容一个行业、一个公司或者一个人，指的是非理性的过度竞争的状态。
随着社会竞争越来越激烈，很多人无形中被卷入到工作和生活上的“内卷”，一些人采用“躺平”方式来回应“内卷”压力，成为“躺平”一族。躺平的意思是拒绝竞争，选择轻松的工作和生活。
那么我们应该选择内卷还是躺平呢？来听一听他的看法。
躺平还是内卷，其实没必要争这个问题。内卷的本质是竞争，而躺平的本质是放弃竞争。永远有人想成为人上人，也有人只想隔岸观火。但竞争的前提是学会互相尊重，在良性对比中找到努力的方向。而放弃竞争意味着你得比大多数人更明白自己想要的是什么。比起极端的天道酬勤，更要明白如何扬长避短。如果鱼在岸上快要渴死了，就不要在岸上努力进化了。如果猫在水里快要被淹死了，就不要待在水里努力适应吧了。内卷和躺平，选什么不重要，你想要成为怎样的自己才重要。
