During my summer vacation, as I was trying to fall asleep, I came up with an idea. The idea stemmed from a long-standing desire I had: to eat something new for dinner. My family is used to making arepas for both breakfast and dinner, which had started to bore me. So, I had the fantastic idea to make bread for dinner. However, it didn’t seem so fantastic at first, as I quickly realized the task I had set for myself wasn’t easy at all. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed making bread, and best of all, I discovered a new hobby in the process.
