I made a traditional Chinese sweet today. It is called double shinned milk. It tasted much thicker and five times better than regular milk. The process was simple but it still took me at least 2 hours to make it. It tasted ok. Not as good as the ones made from a restaurant but I would had to be a professional cook to be expected to beat other cooks.

Is it just milk or do you add stuff to it?
