Today on my school I studed about the International English. Some studiers say that all the peoples not american, or not british and that speak English are on group of International English. So i thint that I'm on this group.

Today at my school I studied (about the) International English. Some studie(r)s say that not all the people(s) (not) are american or british and that there are people who speak English outside of this group. These people are of International English. I think that I'm part of this group.** Things highlighted were added in. Things in (Parenthesis) should be removed.
And, yes, there are people that speak English who are not from America or Britain, such as Australia, Canada, Scotland, and multiple other countries where English is learned as a second language quite well.
