Starting new habit and experiencing something new can help us to get rid of the boring daily routine. Personally, my life started to change when I started to go walking on the sea promenade every few days. Walking is very important, it acts as a stress reliever . Besides , watching the sea has the ability to distress us and improves our memory, and consequently, combining these two acts together has a positive impacts on our mood and makes us calmer.
