「おじゃまします」は、人の家や部屋入る時につかうていねいなあいさつです。
「おじゃまする」は「じゃまをする(=to bother someone)」という意味ですが、
「お」をつけてていねいに言うことで、相手の場所に入ることをゆるしてもらう気もちをあらわします。
