Some streaming websites which are sharing and streaming the music online have also a section with the charts of the songs like for example Top 50 songs most popular in the concrete country at the momment. Can it be a good source of knowlege about the concrete countries, their cultures, and the people living there? Can it say us something about the other countries and people what kind of music they like to listen the most? What do You think?

Yes to all of those. Listening to top song charts is a great way to learn about the culture and learn the language, too. It is definitely interesting to see what people in different countries like.

I've been checking out the US billboard 100 these past couple of weeks to help out a friend with a business project, and was quite pleasantly surprised at the amount of Spanish language I found, as the UK charts are almost entirely in English. Similarly, I found the charts in Spain to be completely different from what people were listening to back "home". Let's say there was a lot more Reggaeton in Spain and leave it at that haha.
