Your pronunciation is good and clear. An area that you can improve on is to minimise pause fillers like hmmm, ah ... Probably it is good for you to anticipate the questions an interviewer may ask you. Then you prepare for these questions. No matter how good you are, if you answer poorly at interviews, you won't succeed.

You sound very good and nearly everything was easily comprehensible. There were however, two words that I could not understand at all. In the future, it would be easier to give you feedback if you would post the text (as text, not as an image). There doesn’t seem to be any way to skip the audio forward and backward, or even to pause it.
