Managing stress is very important and it can be challenging sometimes. I will share my experience with you regarding how I reduce stress and get rid of it. To start with, stress can be reduced by exercising. Many studies have shown that exercice is very beneficial to reduce stress and I try it every time I get stressed from work, I go jogging on the sea promenade , after a while I notice the difference in the stress level I have. Moreover, it is important to go back to nature to relieve your stress as well.Practicing a hobby like painting, playing music or reading are other ways to reduce stress as well.
