Is it Changlish? I read online yesterday, and I found writing said there are some “Chenglig” used in China. For instant, we use “dumpling” instead of “ravioli”, and “chafing dish” instead “hot pot”. It’s claimed in the writing that “ravioli” and “hot pot” are right, and the “dumpling” and “chafing dish” are wrong. Is it true? As far as I know, everyone can understand “dumpling” and “chafing dish”, so I’m not agree they are “wrong” English. What do you think?

what do you response when someone knock the door while you are inside?

when it happens in the public washroom, what do you response when someone knock the door?

I said "it's occupied", and I found immediately it was silly.

"I didn't see nothing!"

Hi all, have you guys found an interesting English expression-"I didn't see nothing!"? was it wrong or was it English logic? I thought it supposed to be "I didn't see anythig!". Can any English native speaker tell me why is that? Thanks!
