Certified French and Brazilian Portuguese teacher with 13 years of experience I have a Languages degree (Portuguese and French) from the UFPE and I did a postgraduate course in Applied Linguistics to Portuguese Language Teaching in the FAFIRE. I also had the opportunity to study Didactics for Languages for six months in the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, in Paris. Since 2011, I work as a teacher of Portuguese (as first and foreign language) and French and I’ve had experiences in schools, language courses, online lessons… So I have a large experience teaching both of them and I had the opportunity to teach students with different levels, profiles and goals. My lessons are dynamic, fun and prepared according to the student's objective and interests.

I started off as an all-around private tutor for teenagers preparing for the Brazilian version of the SAT and moved on to the classrooms with the same goal but to a bigger audience. From there I slowly got more and more interested in languages and combining teaching and my newly discovered passion for languages was a natural step. This way, over five years ago I gave up Chemistry to pursue a career in language teaching and it has proven to be the best decision I have made so far for it has given me the opportunity to travel the world and discover more of myself.
