    The second day of holiday

    Today is the second day of holiday in China , This holiday is from yesterday until tomorrow - therefore it is 3 days. Today it is sunny. The temperature is 18 degrees.

    They're both correct but have different meanings: They have a good sense of smell means that their ability to smell things is really good They have good noses means literally that their noses are nice I think you meant to say the first one though haha

    Canadá porque es un país extremadamente fascinante y sería muy interesante visitar a un país con muchas zonas rurales. No estoy acostumbrado a estas zonas porque soy de una gran ciudad jejeje

    Due to fluoride treatments, children can grow up without horrifying trips to dentist office until such trips were commonplace. The sentence looks like grammatical, doesn't it? Both sentences don't make much sense to be honest. I would rephrase as: Thanks to fluoride treatments, children can now grow up without horrifying trips to dentist. Unfortunately due to a lack of these in the past, such trips were commonplace. This sentence makes grammatical sense, doesn't it?

    To sell oneself can mean to try and make yourself appear really good/attractive to others. Literally it means to sell your body in exchange for money.

    He was killed = passive form - very general way of saying indirectly that a person was murdered He was killed of = passive form again but the difference here is the verb choice. "to kill off" normally means that someone has been removed from a tv show/film or whatever through being murdered. Less commonly it can mean what rebecca said, in the sense that someone has been killed off (like the verb "to pick off") meaning they have been murdered because of something. Often this is applied to organised crime. As you can see this is a lot more specific that above and when in doubt just say "He was killed"

    mi primero día

    Hoy es el mi primero día de hablar en español. Yo ya hablo ya italiano entonces así que aprender español para mí es un poco más fácil .  ya Entiendo ya las palabras en una película española (castellano y latino es son los mismos) . Tengo también una hermanita que habla ve todos los días telenovelas entonces y por eso ella habla un poco de español. Quien dijo que no se pueden estudiar dos idiomas a la vez?

    ¿Quién me decía que no se puede estudiar dos idiomas al mismo tiempo?
