Certified Japanese Language Teacher with over 15 years of experience I studied the history of philosophy, which led me to develop interests in a wide variety of topics. Besides grammar and language learning, I especially enjoy discussing 17th-century philosophy, Descartes, Aristotle, Leibniz, Kant, medicinal cannibalism, the philosophy of witchcraft, Haitian zombies (anthropology), Ninja Science, and Yōkai phenomena in early modern Japan. I started teaching on italki in August 2021 and have over 5 years of experience in online lessons. I have taught conversational Japanese to a wide range of learners, including working professionals and students.
