Last weekend, I went to Shibuya with my friends. We had a great time together. First, we went to a restaurant and ate delicious food. We talked a lot while eating, so we had a lot of fun. After that, we went shopping. There were many stores in Shibuya, and we enjoyed looking at clothes and accessories. I found some cute items, but I did not buy everything because I wanted to save money. Then, we walked around Shibuya and took some pictures. The streets were very busy, and there were many people. I was a little tired, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Later, we went to a cafe and had drinks. We talked about school, our hobbies, and our plans for the future. Time passed very quickly because we were having so much fun. I was happy to spend time with my friends. It was a wonderful weekend, and I want to go to Shibuya again soon.

I came across an online article about "The risk of Colorectal Cancer" and would like to share some of interesting points here. Cancer has been positioned near the top of the cause of death in Japan. The colorectal cancer is famous that the risk is getting higher over the age of 40. Nowadays, it is said that young people in between their 20s and 30s who develop it increase drastically. In case of the colorectal cancer, there are many cases with no symptoms at an early stage. When it progresses on some level, you have blood in your stool, stomachache and abnormal bowel movement. There are some cases that losing weight and anemia appear. That's why a stool test is very important in medical health check to detect the colorectal cancer early. If you need further investigation in your health check, having a colonoscopy is vital. Especially, having a colonoscopy is highly recommended even though you don't see any symptoms on the horizon when you are over 40. The most worried symptom is blood in the stool, but some people make an assumption that is hemorrhoids and see how it goes. When you are bleeding, it is okay if it is cured. However, you must go see a doctor immediately when you are bleeding many repeatedly. You also should go to a hospital soon if you have stomach ache before bowel movement when you feel bloated and constipation. Actually, the doctor told me to need a detailed examination from the result of my stool test when I had an annual heath check this year. Honestly, I was so scared what if I have a colon cancer. Luckily, from my colonoscopy result, I have no issue with my colon. I just became a grandfather this month and hope to see my grandchild becomes an adult if possible.

In my opinion, what is lacking is how the algorithm is formed. I remember a popular platform one where I live years ago and it was way funnier.

Tomorrow is my university festival. I belong to a dance club, so I will perform there. This is our biggest event of the year, and many people will watch us. I am excited but nervous because I want to perform well. I dance waacking, a powerful style with arm movements, poses, and rotations. I enjoy it because I can express my feelings through dance. I have practiced hard with my friends, and we have prepared our performances together. I was chosen to perform a solo and join a selected group performance. I am happy and honored, but I also feel pressure because many people will watch me. I want to stay confident, enjoy the stage, and show what I have practiced. After the festival, we will have a party with our club members. I am looking forward to celebrating with my friends. I hope everyone enjoys the festival, and I want to make wonderful memories together.

Today was really tough. The school festival is just around the corner, so l've been super busy getting everything ready! Sending endless emails to the Student Affairs office, checking in on other teams' progress... There's still so much left to do, but somehow I'm hanging in there and managing. Honestly, I should be checking in on our general coordinator's mental wellbeing too, but I feel like I'm falling short, which is so frustrating. As the vice head, I want to lead everyone better, but when things don't go smoothly, it just leaves me feeling really down and conflicted. Next year l'll be taking over as head of the department. I want the retiring third-years to graduate knowing things are in good hands, and I want to become the kind of leader the first- and second-years genuinely want to follow. But I'm just so inefficient and clumsy at navigating life.. I really wish I could handle things a lot more smoothly.
